Sizing

Have a question about sizing?

For all sizing inquiries including compatibility, size and scale please email sales@goodart.com. We understand that connecting and adding to existing chains and pendants can be tough to gauge so please don't hesitate to ask! 

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship to my country?

We ship domestically and to Canada as well as most countries globally. Purchasers will be responsible for duties, taxes and fees in those countries that require upon delivery.

How much is International shipping ?

For all orders over $1500 shipping is free worldwide. If the order is under $1500 the shipping cost is a $75 flat rate.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the bespoke nature of our business, all returns or exchanges will be done on a case by case basis. Please email us at sales@goodart.com if you have any questions.

Order Status

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our typical lead time is 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified in the description.

Are all of the pieces listed on the website made to order?

Most but not all of our products are bespoke, meaning made to order unless otherwise specified in the description. If you are unsure you can email sales@goodart.com

Repairs

Who do I email if a piece has broken?

If by the off chance something happens to your Good Art piece please email repairs@goodart.com. Please include your order number or original invoice with purchase date.

What kind of warranty is my Good Art covered by?

All goods have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. The determination of the difference between expected or normal wear & tear versus an actual defect is made at the sole discretion of GOOD ART HLYWD, Inc.
